Care Instructions
- Giant Pengu ships compressed in a small box — once unboxed, give him a good shake and fluff, then let him expand to full size
- Always lift from the body, never by the head
- Allow a few hours to fully puff up before the first big hug
- Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap
- Do not machine wash — too large for most household machines
- Air dry completely before use — may take 24-48 hours due to size
- Fluff by hand to restore shape after cleaning
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve color
- Store in a cool, dry place

Got the Giant plush for the wife and it is indeed giant. Came with a couple holes where the stitching seam was, probably because of the sheer weight of the plush. Customer service was able to help me with all the concerns. Great product, and great customer service.
